Smart Works is a UK charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for their job interview. They give women the confidence they need to unlock their potential, secure employment and transform their lives.

Smart Works Leeds has supported more than 3,000 women and 1,000 in the last year alone, with around 80% getting a job within a month of accessing the service. At such a pivotal time, as they open their new centre in Leeds, Step Up for Smart Works will help women across Yorkshire who are hoping to find work after long periods of unemployment.

Between the 1st and 10th of May, I will be Stepping Up for Smart Works Leeds, by clocking up 20,000 steps each day. Every step helps fund advocacy, clothing and coaching for women facing barriers to work. I would appreciate any support you can give. Thank you!
