Step Up for Smart Works 2026

Smart Works is a UK charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for their job interview. They give women the confidence they need to unlock their potential, secure employment and transform their lives.

In the last year, 68% of clients who accessed Smart Works' support went on to secure employment. 

Between the 1st and 10th of May, I will be Stepping Up for Smart Works. Every step helps fund confidence, clothing and coaching for women facing the greatest barriers to work. I would appreciate anything you are able to give to this important charity.

💙 Stepping Up for Smart Works - One Step at a Time!

I’m so proud to be taking part in the Step Up for Smart Works 2026 campaign and raising funds for an organisation doing truly life-changing work.

Smart Works is an incredible charity that helps unemployed women gain confidence, clothing and coaching they need to succeed at interviews and move into employment.

Supporting women into work is something I deeply believe in, because when women thrive, families and communities too.

Thanks to the kindness and generosity of supporters, I have currently raised £182.00 of my £300 goal - and with just 1 week left, every donations truly counts.
