Step Up for Smart Works 2026
I am Stepping up for Smart works in May with a walking challenge of 100,000 steps over 10 days and would so appreciate any support you can give me.New independent research shows just how far that money goes - Frontier Economics has found that for every £1 of funding Smart Works receives, we generate approximately £8 in economic and social benefits.
Smart Works is a UK charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for their job interview. They give women the confidence they need to unlock their potential, secure employment and transform their lives.
In the last year, 68% of clients who accessed Smart Works' support went on to secure employment. Last year, the Reading Smart Works centre supported over 200 women into work.
Between the 1st and 10th of May, I will be Stepping Up for Smart Works. Every step helps fund confidence, clothing and coaching for women facing the greatest barriers to work. I would appreciate anything you are able to give to this important charity.
